Use Strategies
"Half of it is the awesome formulas...the other half is how you use them!"
#1 Fastest Effect Strategy - Volume:To achieve in-the-moment results, take one serving in a little water; repeat serving as needed. Think ‘enough volume here to get the job done’. Volume needs differ from person to person based on their constitution and the issue at hand.
#2 Move Thru-It Strategy - Frequency: To support optimal recovery rates, take one serving in a little water; repeat every 1-3 hours for a day or two then taper off to 3-4 times a day, up to 5 days in a row. Persistent frequency supports the body’s optimal recovery response.
Initially take the suggested amount in a small amount of water, juice or tea to taste. With familiarity, can be taken directly for convenience.
Keep out of reach of children. If the child has a medical condition or takes medications, please consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Shake before use. For more info on storage, shelf life, dosage and more, read our Getting Started with Tinctures guide.

Herbs in Action
- Wild Cherry bark: Prunus serotina is found throughout North America. In addition to its edible fruits, both the fruit and bark are used to make medicine. Wild Cherry bark is used to soothe irritated throats, ease coughing, soothe the bronchioles, and support lung discomforts. It promotes strong respiratory function and supports a healthy inflammatory response throughout the body.
- Yerba Santa leaf: Eriodictyon spp. (californicum, angustifolium, crassifolium, and trichocalyx) means "sacred herb" and was traditionally revered in its native California for its powerful health benefits. Today it is used to support a healthy histamine response, promote optimal immune function, normalize mucus membranes, and calm runaway mucus production.
- Goldenrod Aerials: Solidago spp. (gigantea, virgaurea) supports upper respiratory wellness and soothes seasonal respiratory discomforts.
- Elderflower: Sambucus nigra is native to Europe and now naturalized in parts of the United States. This light and delicate herb with honey-scented flowers makes it suitable for kids and adults alike. Elderflower supports the body's natural ability to eliminate waste and encourage a healthy microbial balance and immune response. It may also help support healthy body temperature, soothes sinuses, and supports a healthy inflammatory response in the sinuses during seasonal changes.
- Thyme leaf: Thymus vulgaris may help soothe occasional cough, supports immune system function, and provides free radical scavenger activity.
- Sage leaf: Salvia officinalis is native to the Mediterranean where it was prized in ancient Greece and Rome for its health benefits. While most known for its use in the kitchen, sage's drying properties help support a balanced fluid response in the body. Sage leaves are rich in flavonoids and phenolic acids, which combat oxidative stress and support a healthy inflammatory response throughout the body.
- Peppermint leaf: Mentha piperita helps support healthy microbial balance, ease clogged sinuses and freshen breath. It can also calm head tension, improve sleep, optimize energy and ease digestive upsets like gas and bloating.
- Horehound aerials: Marrubium vulgare has been used to provide supports lung health and helps clear mucus (phlegm) from the airway.
